Description of the Budoshin White Tiger Hapkido Logo

Combination of Japanese / Okinawan, Korean, Thai & Chinese Arts

The Outline:

The top represents our defenses like water flowing around a rock and attacks rolling off and not being absorbed.

The lightning bolts on each side represent our action/reaction to deal with protection of ourselves or loved ones.

The curves on both sides below the lightning bolts work like rubber bands that redirected an attack out and away from oneself.

The bottom represents the razor sharp edge used to move swiftly and smoothly through an attack and escape without being harmed.
