Shihan Hamm has been in the martial arts for over 27 years and has instructed many student over that time. Shihan Hamm is noted as a World Champion and State Karate Champion in Kata, Weapons and Self-Defense. Shihan Hamm has trained with many great instructors over the years such as Grandmaster Kang Rhee, Hanshi Tony Chester, O'Sensei Phil Porter, Jeff Speakman, Shihan Mike Frazier, Grandmaster Larry Ingle, Dr. Neal Schiesske, Master Steve Cooper, Professor Luiz Palhares, UFC Middleweight Champion Murilo Bustamante, Bill Taylor, Brad Whitlow, Steve Patton, Vic Milner, Renshi John Craig and many others. Shihan Hamm also has been inducted into The World Karate Union Hall of Fame, United States Martial Arts Association Hall of Fame and the Legacy Hall of Fame as Fouunder of the Year twice, Martial Arts Pioneer Award and Master of the Year-Freestyle Martial Arts. Shihan Hamm has trained Local, State and Federal Law Enforcement over the year. Shihan Hamm's knowledge in the many arts that he has studied over the year and his way of blending them for any and all situations is unique. The knowledge lead to Shihan Hamm's development of the Budoshin White Tiger Hapkido System. The BWTH is a blend of Karate, Taekwondo, Hapkido, Jujitsu(Japanese and Brazilian), Judo, Muay Thai Kickboxing and American Kenpo.
